5 Women in Design to Watch
If I had to name 5 designers that truly inspire me, the list would probably look quite male. The discipline of design and UX though is a very diverse field, with the big issue that women very often don’t get enough exposure. Time to change that.
Here is my (quick) list of 5 women in design that you should follow today:
Ioana Teleanu
If you haven’t heard to UX Goodies yet, stop what you are doing check out the Instagram: @uxgoodies. Ioana, the woman behind UX Goodies has long become a staple in the design community.
Katharina Clasen
Katharina’s passion for information architecture and smart homes can be infective. The designer and lecturer from a small town in the south of Germany, on Instagram also known as @informationlovers, is an inspiration when it comes to all topics UX, life-centered design and smart homes.
Katja Kolmetz
Disclaimer first: I work with Katja, and as a Co-Founder at Human Deluxe she is very active on our Toolbox as well. When Katja started out with Human Deluxe, she was a Branding expert - not a designer - but she adopted the design mindset quickly. Now she’s using it to help other women in business up their leadership game with techniques from Design, Entrepreneurship, and Psychology.
